This public restroom is located in the town of Barton-on-Sea in Hampshire, England.

This picture was sent in by KW. He explains: "[These urinals were] built to last, though you can see that the plumbing has been replaced at some stage. The flushing tank takes about 5 minutes to fill, then flushes automatically."
