Rock n' Roll Runza is one of the chain of Runza Restaurants.

Runza is a chain of restaurants predominantly located in Nebraska. The Runza Sandwhich is a "...delicious blend of fresh ground beef, onions and special spices all baked inside homemade bread." Rock n' Roll Runza, one of several Runzas in Lincoln, NE, features a 60's theme with waitresses dressed in poodle skirts and wait staff on roller skates. It also featuers this fixture which clearly does not date back to the same era.
